  SteelTailor G-2 CNC flame / plasma cutting machine or underwater plasma cutting machine is an effective, energy-saving equipment which is fit for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel & nonferrous metal with all kinds of thickness, and it can enhance usage factor, save time and materials.CNC cutting machine can cut carbon steel with the thickness from 5mm to 300mm in high quality. The CNC plasma cutting machine can cut the thickness of stainless steel, carbon steel and nonferrous metal is from 0.5mm to 150mm in high quality. CNC underwater cutting machine cooperate with the water bed to do the cutting under the water, and it reduce a lot dust, arc-light, harmful gas and noise, all which are made by plasma cutting.

Cross beam: boxed construction, relieving stress, good rigidity, non-deforming, high precision, light of weight, and small inertia.

 Longitudinal & horizontal driver: movement by exact rack & wheel. The horizontal rail is exact straight rail, and longitudinal rail is made of exact heavy rail, and they are sure the machine running softly, high precision, standing up, neatness and beautiful. Speed reducer is exact speed reduction gear which is made in Germany, and that keeps the precision and balance perfectly when its moving.

Longitudinal end frame: there are horizontal guide wheels on the two sides of end frame, and that can adjust the pressure degree that the eccentric wheel at the bottom of the driver frame against the rail, to keep the whole machines balance when it is moving.
